1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and PlugSof (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the website located at plugsof.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, creating an account, or purchasing any product or subscription through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Description of Services

PlugSof develops and distributes two categories of digital products:

SaaS Applications: Cloud-hosted software accessible through a web browser on a subscription basis. Our current SaaS product is Staffig, a human resources management platform. SaaS products are not downloaded or installed — they are accessed online through your account.
WordPress Plugins: Downloadable software extensions for WordPress websites, sold under annual or lifetime license terms. WordPress plugins will be available for purchase through this Site when they are released.

The Site serves as the central storefront and account management dashboard for all PlugSof products. All purchases made through the Site are processed by our payment partner, Paddle (described in Section 7 below).

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To purchase products or access subscription services, you must create an account on the Site. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
Notify us promptly at support@plugsof.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site and purchase our products. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

Our SaaS products are offered on a recurring subscription basis. When you subscribe, you agree to the following:

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you select at checkout. The applicable price and billing frequency are shown on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be applied to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase.
Price Changes: We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not cancel before the new price applies, your continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the updated pricing.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@plugsof.com. When you cancel, your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

5. Free Trials

Certain SaaS products may include a free trial period. When a free trial is available:

The trial gives you full access to the product’s features for the duration noted on the checkout page (15 days).
You will not be charged during the trial period.
At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Free trials are limited to one per customer per product. If we determine that you have previously used a trial for the same product, we reserve the right to cancel the trial and charge the standard subscription fee.

6. WordPress Plugin Licenses

When WordPress plugins become available on the Site, purchases will be subject to the following license terms:

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your license tier (for example, a single-site license permits use on one WordPress installation).
License keys are delivered to your account dashboard after purchase. You are responsible for keeping your license keys secure.
Annual licenses include one year of software updates and support from the date of purchase. To continue receiving updates and support after the initial year, you must renew your license.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the plugin files or your license key with anyone outside of your organization.

7. Paddle — Our Merchant of Record

All payments on this Site are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the entity that sells the product to you, handles your payment, calculates and remits applicable sales taxes, and issues your receipt or invoice.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you have a question about a charge on your bank or credit card statement, you may contact Paddle directly or reach us at support@plugsof.com, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, logos, and documentation available on this Site are owned by PlugSof or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any of our products unless we expressly authorize it in writing.

Purchasing a subscription or license grants you a limited right to use the product in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer any ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property to you.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Site or products, you agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or any data not intended for you.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software.
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any product or license key without our written consent.
Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Site in a way that degrades its performance or violates these Terms.

10. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our products at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or behaved in a way that could harm PlugSof or other customers. In such cases, we are not obligated to provide a refund.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@plugsof.com. Closing your account will cancel any active subscriptions at the end of the current billing period.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlugSof disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to maintain uptime and protect your data, we cannot guarantee that service disruptions or data loss will never occur.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlugSof and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to PlugSof in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlugSof and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of our products, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@plugsof.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Effective Date” at the top. If the changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or through a notice on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
